Saipa Aria New Car
Aria is a familiar name in Iran's automotive industry, although there is at least half a century between the new and old Aria, but we leave it up to you to compare these two cars. Has there been any progress?!
Today, we are at your service with a complete review of the new Saipa Aria product. Controversial crossover that is being unveiled in the country's international exhibitions. You must remember that in the previous exhibition, the Aria was unveiled with a wiper larger than the rear window, a strange action that only happens in Iran. Now that the big and trivial problem is solved, it is better to go to the aria unveiled at the Mashhad exhibition. At first glance, the design of the car looks very beautiful and well-made, and this itself is a sign of progress in the country's backward automobile industry.
Although, with a close look at the Saipa Aria exhibition sample, the hood and door seams are not accurate at all. At least the expectation of an expert is to see a complete and flawless car at the first glance of the exhibition model, but unfortunately, these trivial points were not observed in this car. Aria's design has become more aggressive and wider than its smaller brothers, such as Quick, which has added to the beauty of Aria. The Galaxy front window, in the middle of which the Saipa logo stands out, is one of the other positive points in the design of this car. Of course, the empty place of the lens in the lights is strongly felt, but the design of the lights looks beautiful.
Upon entering the cabin, we are faced with a familiar dashboard. The design of Saipa Aria dashboard is very similar to Shahin. A very simple design that seems like Saipa engineers didn't bother with the idea for the dashboard anymore. The large monitor in the middle of the dashboard and the air conditioning keys at the bottom remind us of the simplest type of dashboard among today's cars. Of course, in a way, Aria can be considered as an example of the Sahin crossover. The common platform, the same front lights and almost the same dashboard as Shahin all express this issue. Unfortunately, Aria has nothing to say about the engine.
The same Tiba and Saina engine with a more turbo charge...! This eight-valve 1.5-liter engine produces 110 horsepower and 178 Nm of torque at its best, which is nothing to say in today's world. The new Saipa Aria will be available in the market with two five-speed manual or six-speed automatic gearboxes.
In terms of amenities, Saipa equipped Aria with keyless entry and push-button starter, 7-inch central display equipped with satellite navigation and parking camera, reverse gear sensor, electric sunroof, automatic air conditioning (single channel), electric steering wheel equipped with audio system control keys, Delight and autolight, auxiliary light, electric windows and side mirrors (equipped with electric folding system), gear status indicator, anti-theft system (immobilizer), trip computer, 4-wheel disc brakes equipped with ABS and EBD, TPMS tire pressure sensor, Audio and visual warning to fasten the seat belt. Now, considering all these interpretations, we have to wait for this Saipa Aria product to compete with its Chinese competitors to see what Saipa Automobile Group has done.
